My left arm starting hurting over four years ago
As the pain increased I began experiencing numbness, tingling, sharp pains, and eventually some loss of movement and use of my left arm. The pain in my arm spread to my neck and back.
After my beautiful baby girl was born, the early weeks of caring for a newborn held a lot of physical pain for me. As the weeks went on, the pain in my arm, neck, and back were not getting better. I remember thinking, I am 29 years old and I have lost significant use and movement in my left arm. This is it for me. I will just have to deal with the pain for the rest of my life. However, Dr. Ben gave me the hope that this did not have to be a way of life for me.
I have been seeing Dr. Ben for my chiropractic care for 4 months now. I have gotten the use of my left arm back, and now I am simply working on strengthening it. I now can hold my baby with my left arm and turn the steering wheel in my car with just my left arm. Gaining these simple things back, plus much more, is life changing.
